Kinney Residence

Imagined and designed by homeowners Tracy and Mark Picone, and Design firm Franke:Franke is the Kinney Residence.

This residence (our personal home) was selected for the Austin AIA tour as a feature home. From the moment we discovered the property for sale in 2010 to its completion in 2021, our vision came to life. We imagined ourselves on the screened porch, warmed by the fireplace, overlooking a picturesque ravine in the heart of the city. This is where our dream became reality—a custom floor plan, carefully selected materials, and the perfect setting for our empty nest compound/retreat.
